Brian E. Hamburg is an estates and trusts attorney, and provides his clients with the benefit of over 30 years of experience. He is the founding partner of Hamburg & Lyons, LLC, with practice areas in estate planning, probate, trust and conservatorship administration and guardianship matters.
Brian is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
He has been the state-wide chair of the Missouri Bar’s Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law Committee, president of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and chair of its Continuing Legal Education committee and Probate and Trust Division. Brian has frequently spoken at Missouri Bar continuing education programs on topics related to estate planning, probate and trust law, and guardianship and conservatorship matters.
